This project was for a repeat customer who had recently moved to a new home with a significantly smaller garage than their previous one. The main challenge was figuring out how to maximize storage and functionality in the new, more limited space while still ensuring there was enough room to park a car. The client wanted to maintain an organized, clutter-free garage, similar to what they had in their old home, but the new garage had less square footage to work with. The goal was to utilize every inch of the available space efficiently without compromising the ability to park the car comfortably.
To solve this, we designed and implemented several tailored solutions. We started by applying Dolphin Pearl epoxy flooring, which not only enhanced the garage's appearance but also provided a durable, easy-to-clean surface. The light color of the epoxy also helped brighten up the smaller space, making it feel more open and airy. Next, we installed Timber Grey Cabinets that were custom-fitted to accommodate the garage's offset layout, ensuring every corner was utilized for storage. The cabinets provided the client with a clean and organized place to store tools, equipment, and other items while keeping everything out of sight.
Finally, we added 22 feet of 24-inch shelving, which created additional vertical storage along the walls for larger items, sports equipment, or seasonal gear, all without interfering with the car’s space in the garage.
By maximizing the available space with these custom solutions, we were able to achieve an organized and functional garage that met all of the client’s needs. The client now has a clutter-free, efficient space that provides ample storage while still allowing for the car to be parked comfortably. Another repeat customer thrilled with the results!
